HOW I CAN HELP

What you need

You might be just starting out or have a particular project you need help on. Maybe you want to see how to free up time to work on your core business. Or you might want guidance on setting up systems, researching your market, promoting your product to a wider audience and want to know what support is out there. We'll talk about what you're aiming for, where you are currently and how you can best achieve your goals: to get your business running smoothly and, ultimately, ensure as many people as possible know about and happily buy from and recommend you.

What I do for you

You may be covering a lot of functions which would be looked after by teams of people in a larger company and that can feel daunting. As it can when other businesses are booming with impressive social media, email marketing, etc.

While you might not justify additional staff at the moment, we can look at how you can delegate, work smarter or learn new skills - maybe improving your marketing to engage more potential clients. Together we'll review your business, maybe troubleshoot a particular problem and ascertain where help is most needed, identifying how you and your business can achieve your full potential.

You might decide you'd benefit from me undertaking a specific task or that you want to work with me regularly. I've detailed the key areas I help clients with - digital marketing including social media and website management, business support, and technology training. Or if you need something else, chances are I can help or know someone who can!

How we work together

I work with you wherever best suits the task, normally remotely (along with the rest of the world, these days!), visiting your office, a coffee shop or similar when you need. Or sometimes you might even want to go for a walk for a change of scene and somewhere new to brainstorm ideas. For example, I do a lot of work from home and catch up by phone, email or face-to-face with clients but also meet people at their offices, either for an update or to work on their systems.

What you pay

We'll talk about the work required and how it would be charged so you're happy with the amount you'll pay and what to expect in return. Some clients pay an hourly rate or a monthly retainer but with other projects a fixed fee might be more appropriate for you.
