TECHNOLOGY TRAINING

Technology is a fantastic invention yet you can lose an afternoon trying to update a web page, set up your new laptop or print a one page document. It also moves so fast that keeping up with what you 'should' be using is a challenge.  Assessing where you're best deployed at work is vital - delegating responsibilities like IT support is often the smart choice - but you'll probably want to at least master the tools you use on a daily basis or which save you money. If you'd like to arm yourself with more skills or tackle issues you encounter regularly, some expert help will come in handy.

If you want to...

  • benefit fully from your devices, software and the internet

  • get up-to-date on how online and other tools benefit you, from Google Docs to Canva (graphics)

  • learn to use social media, update your website and use popular software and apps

  • set up systems (e.g. laptops, tablets) so they're customised to you - your software, most-used websites, etc

  • avoid throwing away unused, expensive devices or neglecting paid-for subscriptions

  • better manage how you organise files and photos in your PC, phone, the cloud

  • reduce agency fees by carrying out some tasks inhouse
  • resolve any challenging technology issues which are draining your time
